Is battle.net account consolidation still possible? I have two battle.nets with corresponding WoW accounts I would like to consolidate however my support ticket remains unanswered for over a week, automated response or otherwise. I apologize if this has been answered in the past but I was unable to find an answer after scrolling through previous threads.
Here’s a summary of it, including important info about moving warcraft accounts.
In short, you’re not combining accounts as much as you’re moving warcraft licenses from one account to the other, and a fair amount of things are bound to the battle.net account itself and will not transfer with the warcraft license.

Thank you for the link, however I’ve read it already. The question is more directed towards whether Blizzard is still providing the service or if my ticket will remain unanswered.
That article was updated 3 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing different, so unless you know something else I don’t think they have stopped doing it.
Ticket times are 7-8 days or more right now, and it is possible that you’ll get a template response and need to re-open it. So it isn’t a sign that they stopped doing this because they haven’t answered yet.

I also have requested this same thing now that the bind on account items would benefit classic character leveling as well as not having to log in and out of a bnet account to switch characters. My ticket i put in is 4 days old and have heard nothing. it also doesn’t really give you a guideline of what all you need to provide to get it done.
No ticket remains unanswered, even if we had to deny the request, we’d let you know. Right now response times are a little crazy.
But no, we still can help consolidate Battle.net accounts to a degree. If we didn’t, that Support Article would have been retired.

That’s great to hear! I also have been sitting on a ticket for this for about 6 days now.
Yeah with an almost perfect storm of insanity ticket times spiked. They were slowly working their way down and boom the storm got more perfect with OW2.
Sadly this has spiked ticket times even worse.
