This a serious Post initiated by Chinese players, and we are from Whitemine server-alljbbrother guild. We hope that your professional team can give us a reply and re-verify the Chinese player accounts that you have closed recently.
I will explain why we choose American Service not chinese service and the problems we faced up in American Service.
1: So just a simple question to blizzard, may you answer, why we bear over 200ms lagging and the obstacle of language and still choose American Server for wow? Let me tell you, beacuse we are the players that miss the game what is like 10 years ago. This game has accompanied us for the last decade or even more. Most of the players in our guild are already 30 or 40 years old now. This game holy growed up with their childhood and youth. We love the game when we are young, helping each other, good social experience, making group and guild, thinking the way of killing boss, big outside pvp made by horde and alliance, ect. But chinese server has became a total commercial one now. Every player is making gold service there and if you dont join them, then you will be isolated. But we still have a lot of player like the original way of playing this game, that is so called “classic”. I think that is also why your BLIZZARD ENTERTEMENT choose to restart lvl60 and lvl70. Most of the players in our guild is taking this goal and dream to join your American server, because your server is more like what we dreamed for. Thanks to all the stuff that working and devoting into this by your team, we quite appreciate from your effort to achieve this.
Difficulty and dilemma we faced: Hi dear blizzard, as we are the chinese players, we faced some dilemma when we are playing American server. One of the biggest is Account closure. I conclude 3 common reason that lead to this:
a. We are chinese players and we having been playing more than 10 years in chinese server. So we have established a lot of hobbis and ways of playing wow that are fine to chisese order but may be illegal according to your rules in America. I know we should get clear and familiar with your management, but we need time to know and adapt. This is a cultural differences and , just like, you like burgers and we eat rice and noodles. Blizzard as a top team all over the world, we wish you may accept the difference and give us more understanding.
b. When we talk about the cultural differences, that lead to another task is that the communication between us and the local American players. Sometimes, we may argue with the American players for some reason, because we have different understanding and ways. That leads to some local player is boring with us and report us to account closure .And some of the reports are just caused byracial discrimination. This is not a question should say who is right and who is wrong, and we are all good player enjoying this game. So we wish you can give more undertanding and more careful verification due to the report to chinese players.
c. Most of the players in our guild are fans of our guild leader, he is Network anchor from china. So he will establish some funny and bonus activities for fans. That is why some of the account in our guild have big gold transfer during the game. But we can guarantee to blizzard, no one is doing the gold selling service and changing the virtual gold to dolars. Our guild rule is that no matter who is doing the commercial and be spotted will be directly kicked off and be reported. Also most of the players refused and reported all the commercail whispers during the game. So we wish your team can re-verify the gold trans inside our guild. If some of the players indeed buy some gold by money and accepted the illegal gold, just close their account. But for the account that have suspicious gold trans, please check more and give more understanding, as i explained that is caused by the activities to fans.
