One thing I will ask though - your account? Was it created with your legal and up-to-date information? No false name or anything of the sort?

Just to let you know: Legally, Blizzard owns the account. Doesn’t matter who pays for it, or how long you had it. Blizzard rents them out to players and they can remove that account if they feel the aggrement was broken.

Alrighty. I know that has been a big thing of late, peoples’ accounts being closed until they corrected the false information. Thought I’d at least rule that out.

Besides personal info, like youe address, your full legal name, card info, etc., Blizzard owns the account. The toons, items, mounts, pets, mogs, etc. They can close any account without reason if they deem fit.

If you are serious about suing. Blizzard will no longer respond to you. You will only be able to communicate via lawyers. So, by threatening this multiple times, you’re opening a can of worms you are not prepared for.

Yes yes, we’ve heard that often in the past. Doesn’t matter if you try them in EU or US chances are, you’ll pay a few thousands at best and get a polite lawyer tell you that your case is nihil since “integrity” isn’t something you can sue them over.
Basically, what you’re going to do is “They should unban me because I didn’t violate the TOS” - except, you don’t have any proof that you didn’t other than claiming that which is legally not sound. Your lawyer will explain to you after the hour fee if you’re lucky why in plain man’s terms.
