Dear Game Master Orlyia, can you please help me? my account has been deactivated/banned, email said abusive chat (which is extremely vag (sorry i cant spell Lol) Ive read the TOS and the ulua agreement thing, ive not violated anything and now im perm banned after never bening banned before>???
I just need to clarify one thing: She isn’t a GM; Orylia is an SFA (Support Forum Agent). She can’t assist you with your account action except to MAYBE provide clarification.

Vrakthris u helped me waay back in 2020 for a ingame issue i was having, now i face a new beast all in itself. i was PERMA BANNED for chat abuse, but i know for a fact and u can check my logs ive been quite tame / and have holding back from calling ppl “inappropriate names” since my last account suspention, i honestly did not do anything to warrent a perma ban elp a fellow WoW enjoyer since 07

I appreciate your passion in trying to plead your case, Doomkin, but this is not something that we can help with. The only avenue for appeal is through the Support Site Appeals ticket, which you appear to have already exhausted.
For clarification though:
If by quite tame you mean that you continue to use inappropriate language, including various forms of the F-Word, then I’m afraid there is a fundamental schism between what you feel is tame and what we do.
It is important to understand that an individual social violation rarely would result in the closure of a WoW license, but the goal of our policies and penalty structure is to educate and deter. So for the first violation you are likely to receive the mildest of penalties (currently it is usually a 2 week silence for chat violations - assuming you have no other penalties on record). As we are trying to deter the behavior it will often graduate to a 2 week suspension the next time and continue from there. So you see, getting to an account closure isn’t usually a quick process, but it is a steady one.
I am sorry that it apparently has reached this point, but at a certain point we have to stop giving chances.
Also, I am sorry but using that same kind of language on the forums also has a similar penalty by losing posting privileges.
