I don’t understand the hostility. I’m being told not to believe my lying eyes.. as well as personally experiencing my account being banned for no cause.. The video I posted as proof was flagged and taken down. Something is seriously going on here.

Just because you don’t know the cause, doesn’t mean there is no cause. It might be a false flag, in which case you can keep appealing until they tell you no more appeals. But I’m telling you based on the posts I’ve read here in the CS forums false bans are rare so I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

That video you shared was a source of misinformation towards how things actually work. Videos that spread that sort of false information is one thing that should be avoided, especially when the video was only made as clickbait.

As for what was really found, that isn’t something she can disclose for you, even if she knew the answer, and that isn’t something the hacks team would reveal, well, mostly because of those who are trying to get around Blizzard’s anti cheat system.
Honestly, your best option is the scan through your computer, go through every program that you have installed, and anything that may seem like automation, either fully uninstall it, or have them fully shut down when playing World of Warcraft.
