Before even use vpn i checked online that using vpn is allow in wow but after i had play a few arena matched with my friend and we taking a break. After the break my account got banned, I received a mail about the notice Offense: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks). I pretty sure i never use any unauthorized cheat programs. Apparently blizzard can just check my wow character log about what am I doing. I did send a ticket but they came out a respond saying This penalty has already been upheld. Any further requests on this topic will not be reviewed. What else I can do?
I can pretty much guarantee that using a VPN will not cause a suspension.
When they say this. It’s done.

VPNs are allowed, but not supported. If you don’t have a static IP that you use for it, it’s going to look like your account is being logged into from around the country and the world.
That said, I don’t believe that’s the category they use for what you’re saying happened. That category when they detect software that automates gameplay, even one so simple as a gaming keyboard macro (that wasn’t built in game) or, more recently, multiboxing (key cloning) software. No, add-ons don’t count.
I’m afraid that if they say this is upheld and no more requests for review will be answered, then that’s it; you’ll just have to wait out the suspension.

yes, i know its done but i swear i never done anything blizzard can check the log. I just doing 2v2 arena all these days.
The forums aren’t for appealing an account action. You’d need to use the info in the email you got to appeal this. No one on the forums will overturn this.

Its permanent ban… If i am botting or whatso ever i wont get frustrated as i know the result. The thing is I just play arena all days never do any other extra thing for example farming. I swear i never use any external software to play WoW except vpn.
Sorry but pleading your case here will do no good.
If it’s a permanent ban, then they have more than enough evidence to show that there was cheating going on. They will not tell you what that evidence is, however, because that’s exactly the kind of thing cheaters want to avoid detection.
Should you decide to purchase a new WoW account, I’d suggest requesting a static IP from your VPN and then attaching an authenticator.
