Received an account ban with no email notification and seen someone else had the same thing happen? I sent an appeal ticket but is there a quicker remedy to this than the mercy of a ticket reviewed?
No theres no way to bypass the apeal ticket.

I have been seeing some for AFKing BGs and some for multiboxing, and a few others. How long is your suspension?
8 days it seems.
This is the 3rd or 4th post claiming a ban and the it seems that a ban wave went out.
Where are you finding information on how long your ban is for? There is literally zero information available for me other than banned/account has been closed.
I was ingame when booted off. Came to forums and saw a post where someone else was banned with no emails. So thought maybe another bug…
Also still waiting for an email explaining the reasoning behind the ban. The only information I received was that my subscription was canceled when I checked my email.

I think the 8 day suspension is for AFKing BGs, but we are not allowed to discussion suspensions on the forums.
We can only point out where to appeal the account action.
Mine just shows “account banned”. I’m under the assumption that not only was I wrongfully sanctioned but I’m also perma banned?

Yes. But came to forums because I have no idea why I would be suspended.
I think most people here have probably put in their appeals. I know I have. It’s upsetting that I’m only able to talk here on the forums about it. I remember years ago I got wrongfully banned and was on the phone with blizzard. It was fixed within minutes. Not I can’t seem to find any sort of physical contact whatsoever. No phone #s anywhere.
You are not gonna get any information as of why you was suspended on the forums.
I wasn’t looking for info on why… I was looking to see if something went screwy and was something being addressed as an issue
The phone number was discontinued over 10 years ago. Phone support wouldn’t be able to help anyways, they don’t handle account actions.
