My main account Issue ID: #100091940 has been suspended for 72 hours. It’s been over 72 hours and wondering when will it be available for access.
If it’s been more than 72 hours (make sure you’re doing the proper time zone conversion too), then try logging out of the launcher and back in again. If that doesn’t work, try changing your password.
Just keep in mind that it is down to the second. If it has been longer, you should completely sign out and sign back in again to force your account to refresh. If that doesn’t work just pop in a ticket.
It’s been over 7 hours and still nothing from them. Have resubmitted ticket and appeals.
Wait time on tickets can be several days. Putting in extra tickets does not make it go faster. Quite the opposite actually. The CS folks handle tickets from all Blizzard games and services, not just WoW. The queue can get pretty long at times, esp around big patches, new releases, or changes in services.
