Please tell me there is an easy way to switch back… i picked the wrong one on my alt … how hard is it to switch back if I didn’t do any quests yet for aldor?
yes you can switch back
It’s a pain in the rear to switch if you aren’t the farming or wealthy type. There are quest to swap over, google it for guide. Think one is in N Part of Lower City have to kill a lot of beasts for items or just buy it off the AH.
You can… I think you gotta farm Basilisk eyes to slowly but steadily increase your Scryer rep and turn them in on the lower level of the Scryer’s bank.
It’s a pain, but it can be done.
It is hard. You instantly gain rep when you make the decision and you instantly LOSE a ton of rep with the opposite faction.
The only way to alter this is to do the repeatable quest in Lower City bit by bit, slowly, to inch your way back into the good graces of the Scryers. You get 250 Rep every time you do it, so you’re looking at like ~170 turn-ins of 8 Damp Basilisk Eyes a pop to hit Neutral again.

That entirely depends on price per signet/tome on your server, and your current standing w/ your desired faction.
Check WoWhead for rep rewards for turn-in per item, and do the maf.
i mean just up to netural so i can switch

I farm eyes and they sell for 5gold each.
Have no clue how many you need.
Takes about 30 sec each one.

i just wanted to do it because im going destro for pvp, i thought it would be better plus that one ring at exalted… but like why did they make it so horrible…

I accidentally turned in the eyes as Aldor and lost 500 rep and that felt bad enough. Couldn’t imagine
By the time I was exalted with any rep… I also didn’t need any of the items if that helps. I am 999/1000 exalted with every rep besides keepers of time
But uh yea… an example of a change later on in future expansions that was very very very good lol
It’s nice to maybe have the ring if you can boost a toon fast but at the same time… it makes hardly a difference on your meters versus executing properly
The difference on the enchants is so minor… it doesn’t really make sense to spend all that gold / time to change to Scryers. I think if you sim it, it only makes a 1 or 2 dps difference.

Just stay aldor, there’s no reason to go either one outside of really wanting a profession. Anyone who says otherwise is reading too far into things. DPS min/max will never be an issue in a WoW classic expansion, ever.
