I had 2 purchases one is completed the other is in “submitted” status when my intention was to purchase only 1. They are both different order numbers and I made a “Failed Purchase” ticket and was wondering if this was the correct ticket type to use, since the first time I attempted to purchase there was an error.
My Ticket Number is US103580333 if any CS agent happens to see this thread.
“Failed Purchase” is the correct category, but I don’t know if our staff will be able to do anything manually until it is done processing. The purchase will more than likely fail on its own. Give it a few hours and then check your transaction page again.

I just happened to receive a response literally a few seconds after your post. Looks like everything is all set (assuming the correct order is canceled).

It looks like they couldn’t cancel it manually there, but put in a refund request ticket. Someone will look into that as soon as they can and process it, assuming it doesn’t just fail automatically. It likely will be a few hours.
