A thicket won’t be able to help in this regard - it’d be on the devs and their team handling out the applying to accounts. A GM is only for the live game and nothing to do with betas.
While a GM wouldn’t be able to help directly. I would still think that a ticket would be the correct way to go if you do not have access and have purchased the pre-order (digitally). They might not be able to help, but they can use it to gather information and pass it on.
So they should put in a ticket but don’t expect an answer outside of a thanks and that they will pass it along.

OK so to better break this down for you. I have beta. I installed beta. It shows in the drop down in the launcher. I launch beta. It gives a list of accounts to choose from right before it goes to the server list. I do not have my main account listed. I have 2 starter accounts and a ptr account. That is what i mean when i say choose an account it doesn’t list. Now can i use one of those to create a character. Why yes yes I can. do i really want to start over at level 1 to play a beta and level my way up to new content? No. but I guess if that’s the only way i can experience the beta i’ll have to. I should be to the war within content by the time beta closes. Everyone else enjoy the content and your 80’s .

Toon copy usualy gets enabled eventualy you just have to be patient.

Since you asked.
Alleria and Khadgar allow you to make a fresh level 1 character through the normal Character Creation, but if you use the option at the bottom to create using a War Within Template, it will create a level 70 for you. So you can get straight into the War Within Leveling Content.
These Go To Eleven is a server that allows you to make a level 80 character, so you can buy from the vendor the level 80 gear and jump straight into endgame pvp, dungeons, raids, mythics, and crafting. This will allow you to skip the leveling process all together and allow you to beta test endgame.
