Accepted Revival Catalyst quest but it does not show up in quest log and can't complete

I logged in Tuesday like normal after weekly reset. Accepted the Catalyst quest from the guy in front of the Vault and he disapeared but the quest is not showing in my quest log after logging out. I have not completed it for this week, I can not see it in my quest log and the NPC is gone to try and accept again. When I go to Tyr hold to see the npc there that you turn the quest into he has no dialog with me to turn in the quest or anything.

Please help as I am trying to get this weeks Catalyst for my set piece.

Suggestion - Go check the Catalyst to see if you have a charge.

Reason - On my characters this week it was auto-completed immediately, there was no fill the bar requirement, almost as if the quest gave me credit for prior actions.

I did this after someone else said this as well, but it says 1 charge. I should have 2 because I have only used 1.

Correct, it will always only show 1 (for now at least), it appears the UI for this wasn’t completed. If you click on the charge icon it will also open your currency tab, but there is no currency visible.

I haven’t used either charges on several of my alts, yet they all show that I only have one charge on each of them. I’m hoping it’s a visual bug, but I don’t have anything worthwhile to upgrade on them. Either I’m missing a charge on my alts, or there’s a visual bug only showing one charge. I’ve done all relevant quests, and have used two charges on two separate characters.

If you have 2 charges available, it’ll only show as 1, but you can convert 2 pieces…1 at a time.
