It is listed under “Unlearned” (for 5g) and “Northrend Trainer” at 15.
I have 19 skill now, and the trainer does not offer it. I have selected Available, Unavailable and already learned. It is NOT listed at all.
The only place I can find Abyssal Shatter is in my professions pane under “Unlearned” unfortunately I cannot learn it from there.

Yes I am talking to him. The spell is bugged.
I have to exit the game. He only offers it once. If I scroll past, then I have to EXIT THE GAME. I don’t mean log out, I mean exit.
If I open the trainer dialog it is there, if I close it and reopen, then it is gone, and again I have to exit the game to see it again.
