Tell that to my little cousin that is being brought up as a girl even though he is a male. My aunty said at 2 she would always wear girls clothes and she gave her a female name etc didthe whole thing. Going to go on hormone blockers soon etc… it’s almost like my aunty wanted a girl not a boy. Not all parts of it is good that’sfor sure. Look at people starting to sue governments on letting them change sex and take hormones at a young age. Totally under researched by the looks of the headlines. This is an extremely harmful and dangerous claim to make. Please stop normalizing mental illness, this kind of noncery is why people don’t seek help and kill themselves.
There is not a single trans friend I have, that feels normal from the start. To suggest that this is normal, and only social bullying causes them to attempt suicide at a rate of 41% is such a vile and cruel way to wave off legitimate chemical issues within the brain.

To me it’s the only source of morality in Western culture, after living in a bogan suburb of left-wing lunacy and craziness, I would choose the morality bible over that crappy lifestyle any day, I feel much safer around civilized people living by God’s word than living with people that are so consumed by worldly pleasures they are little more than animals.
That said on the specific issue of transgenderism gay and so on, I can’t really judge a person for that, as I haven’t lived their life, walked in their shoes. I was probably bi curious for a little bit though so maybe to some degree. I’m fully straight now though. I think.

Totally random but this is something I’ve noticed in internet culture for years, when people say they are getting out the popcorn. What’s with that?
Are some people really that sadistic that they become hopeful onlookers waiting for a conflict to develop between other people? Because if I think about it, it sounds like something the devil would do, just sitting back and watching the battle of words between two arguing people, rather than to make some kind of contribution to help people find some kind of resolution to their argument.

While early, there are studies that suggest that not only would trans mental health would be significantly better if societal attitudes were more inclusive, but that most aspects of mental illness or distress that were/are associated with being trans are mainly a result of stigma, or discrimination.

The WHO is also taking Chinese funny money and putting out their government numbers about corona chan, as truth. It’s bad enough that the CDC had to tweet about their disingenuity.
Opinion discarded, normalizing mental health problems lead to suicide attempts and frankly what you’re doing is no different than telling trans people to kill themselves.

I am truly sorry to hear that. I don’t deny people have done bad things in the name of Christianity, and dishonored God’s name many times throughout history. Depends on the church though I think. I just believe that much of the freedoms we have in our society today did come from Christianity. That said though, I don’t deny that the church has hurt me in the past too, thank goodness I found the right one in the end.
So I can understand how you feel to a degree, some Christians do disgrace the name of Christianity and those are the sorts of Christians that carry on about the bible but don’t even read the bloody thing

I think it’d take a lot more then inclusive, One thing that needs to happen and happen soon (I say this as a non trans) a push to make Medical insurance companies to not view surgeries and medication needed to make the transformation as cosmetic. Feeling like you are in the wrong body is most likely the highest offender on the list of causes which might make a trans person commit any sort of self harm.
