Getting really tired of the lag. Tonight it was so frustrating I just logged out. Thinking maybe I should just unsub and try again in a few months.
Also very disappointed with Blizzard's handling of this issue. I can't believe they've allowed it to drag on this long without any kind of official response outside of the support team in this thread. Thanks to the support team for trying, but the game just isn't fun right now.
I mostly just wanted to bump the thread and let you know we haven't forgotten about you.
To put it bluntly. After this long and after two years of silence towards the Oceanic community on other issues:
This is literally driving people to quit.

I had gone a good week or two without doing much in the way of world quests as I was spamming warfronts, and had absolutely no lag issues that whole time. I just used the ingame group-finder for the Blighted Monstrousity WQ and hey look I immediately ran into lag issues once again.
This is just a sharding problem. Group-finder is sharding us into US realms and then leaving us stuck there after we leave the group.
That's a separate issue, getting xrealmed to the US realms and it leaving us there is different than the world lag in BFA zones while still being on an OCE shard.
How long have you guys been lagging? I just started to lag today and only happen if i go crossrealm. No problem in world questing.
The lag is still here in the World Zones BFA only

Drustvar lagging like complete utter garbage tonight. Not even gonna try levelling a character, for the.. what's it now um.. somewhere in the vicinity of 30th night in a row.

Well I have unsubbed. I doubt I will play much while the remaining game time runs out. Couldn't really get into this expansion due to the lag. Best of luck to you folks sticking it out. With each player leaving hopefully it will get better for you.

Blizz dont care. They want you to unsub so the servers are NOT congested any more thus solving their problem.
For the first two weeks they tried to tell us it was OUR issue, and now they really say nothing.
Coming up to 5 weeks and this is still an issue....mostly in peak playing times.
It really seems obvious as to what the issue here is.
Servers are full and just cannot cope with the amount of people in them.

Is there someone else we can go to about this issue given we aren't getting a satisfactory response? Like an ombudsman for other services I guess? I'm assuming not given it's 'just a game' and it might be in the terms and services that they can give us crap service and we can like it or lump it... but surely there has to be something we can do other than give up and cancel subscriptions?

Arathi Highlands pretty much unplayable at the moment. This toon, Caelstrasz, no Warmode, by myself, looting and many actions in battle taking a few seconds. General chat going nuts over it.
So uh, I do not mean to derail this thread, but this is also happening on US servers now. The exact same issue. I've found 1 of the 2 servers I play on to experience it. Everyone in Tiragarde Sound tonight noted there was spell/casting and loot lag.

I was just doing WQ's in main zones with no lag.
