I would be having words with them if it were me hiring them for a service.
Particularly, once you read their webpage: "Equinix is the world's largest IBX data centre and colocation provider, offering the fastest application performance, lowest latency routes worldwide..."
So as far as I am concerned they need to up their game and work with Blizzard to sort this out.

Post the results back here within code blocks </>. Other information we would like to know:
- Does this latency only occur in Battle for Azeroth zones or anywhere in game?
- When the latency is occurring what does your Home/World latency report. You can see this by placing your mouse over the red question mark next to your bags.
This information will help us greatly! Just make sure to collect it when the issue is at it's worst and during the time frame stated.

10 days ago, since then we've endured more lag and server issues than the launch of WoD. Nothing has changed and they've not updated us at all on what they are doing or if they are even trying to fix it. Literally no communication since, both here and on general. This affects a significant amount of the player base (pretty much all Oceanic realms)

UMMMMM yeah because its like 2am in the morning when you posted this haha, barely anyone is on to cause the lag issues. but if you watch other players in high pop areas you will still see players 'glitch' around because the server isnt running smoothly still. some process is slowing it down, maybe the new WM sharding or level +ilv scaling but either way the game isnt every running 100%.
LOL imagine if its because our net in Aus is just too !@#$ to handle the WoW traffic

It is during peak times that it is at its worst. At 2am it should be fine
I have started to get up early before work to do world quests then instead of after work. At 6-7am it works perfectly.
At 6-11 (or later some evenings) pm it is completely unplayable.

The latency does not support this , im running at 23ms , yet there is a 1-2 second keystroke delay , there is a common factor here about halfway down there is a 100% packet loss common with most of the mtrs , this is where the issue is occuring between keystroke and event.

With respect the two are not parallel. One affects the AH alone...the other every single server in OCE with all outer world content.
Both need to be fixed, I concur.

I hate the issue going on but come on don't make stuff up based off the first blue post, atleast check all the others in the thread (and there has been several).

Also the 50ish winMTRs in this thread compared to the tens of thousands of people playing on Oceanic realms is a horribly small amount of data, hence they are asking for more, it's literally less than 0.01% of people.
Getting horrible loot lag atm on Barthilas, and only on herbs in Voldun, very strange.

look at the last 6 hops, you go to LA then the latency goes up to 170-180

Tiragarde was horrifically bad today, but this WinMTR shows nothing on my end that would cause the 3-4sec delay i was seeing on looting and mounting.
