Cross realm and cross faction welcome - our Discord isn’t biased like Guilds. 
Our core is all former multi-CE members who did so as a 2-day guild previously. We’re still made up of a few many-years long mythic players and also a handful of casual-cores (like less hardcore but still so cool? patent pending.)
About a year of retirement in, we returned in DF only to hang out with friends and casually progress heroic on only 2 nights a week. Upon clearing that, we wanted more, and so we’ve started grabbing pugs to clear first 2 mythic as well. Now we realize that to fight off stagnancy we want to push on in mythic to continue raiding! So here I am recruiting to round out a 20 man roster and do just that!
Casual-Core Raid Schedule:
Sunday: 8:30PM - 10:30PM CST (server time)
Monday: 8:30PM - 10:30PM CST (server time)
Environment/Goals:
Zero tolerance drama or hate of ANY kind period. We have a large range of vanilla-recent players with a ton of experience levels. With that age comes the knowledge and desire to be smart and successful, but definitely use the game time to enjoy ourselves. Plenty of fun is had. We are relaxed with absolutely no shaming or blaming or angry raid leading whatsoever. Everyone plays and learns differently and we embrace that. But the fun can’t come at the expense of wasting our only 2 nights a week. We do expect to progress of course.
Expectations:
- Know your class and understand core raiding concepts. Heroic experience (preferably some Mythic too) at some point in your wow career is a must as we do expect to push into Mythic as far as our little 2-day legs allow.
- Good attendance. Real life will always come first. But spotty attendance wastes 19 other people’s plans and time, so this is a must to respect that.
- Logs/Character that shows you are capable of performing in a mythic setting. We can absolutely help good players become great, but simply put, we need to see that you’re truly trying.
- Comfortable in a progression environment. Wipes are going to happen. There will be farm stuff that potentially goes sideways for many reasons. You must be level-headed and understanding enough to deal with this. We will progress, we always have, but if you’re looking to be carried or rush through, this isn’t the place.
Other:
M+ groups are looking for more active participants as well. We have multiple 2500+ players. Whether pushing keys, valor farming or just filling vault slots, the more the merrier.
Recruiting:
Mage & DH are top of the list as we have none active at this time, but we are looking to hit a consistent 20+ man roster with reliable players of all roles.
