Threads get pushed down so quickly that I missed seeing this til now. As an older roleplayer, I appreciate seeing you all make a sustained effort to provide a place for those of like-mind.
While i’m not looking for a guild at this point, i’d love to see you drop by the teahouse - as individuals or as a guild. The regularly scheduled time on Sundays starts at 4 PM server. That time was chosen to accommodate our overseas regulars. Like any restaurant or coffeehouse irl people come and go as they want or need to. We often run for 3 hours or more. So with a heads-up from any of you I’d be happy to stick around even after the other visitors leave. Alternatively, I’d be very glad to arrange to be open on a different day/time. Catering & private parties are part of the teahouse’s purpose.
“Slice of life” definitely includes meeting friends for a cuppa, some food, and some pleasant conversation. Take a look at the info in the first post. I think you’ll see that we’ve got the same goals for comfortable, safe RP.
As an IC note: Kunbo is a vet of several conflicts who decided to create a haven for the “old dogs with a bit of grey on their muzzle” where politics, religion, and other controversies are left outside the door. The teahouse attracts everyone from Pandaren farmers who’ve never ventured far from home to some quite exotic persons whose type you may have never seen before. All are welcome who know how to enjoy life without disturbing others.
