It floated all the way to Northrend, and it was teleported into the Broken Isles, and now to its current state.

So far its only teleported twice.

It didnā€™t float to Northrend, according to Chronicle it had been rebuilt under the bubble we saw up until wrath/was still a ground city until they teleported it into Crystalsong when the Nexus war started.

Thus itā€™s had 4-5 teleportations

  • Hillsbrad to Crystalsong (wrath)
  • Crystalsong to the Great Sea (where it was during MoP unless they retconned this one)
  • Great Sea (or Crystalsong) to Deadwind Pass (start of Legion)
  • Deadwind Pass to Broken Isles (Legion)
  • Broken Isles to the Isle of Dorn (tww)
