So, I wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problem as me: I recruited my girlfriend to play together back in March last year, and on my account, I was able to collect the rewards. About 2 months ago, I reactivated an old account for her to recruit as well, and it worked fine, but these days, out of nowhere, the link was broken on both accounts without notice and apparently for no reason. I know the link was broken because I can’t summon her in the game, and when I open the friends tab and go to Recruit a Friend, there’s only the ad to recruit someone. Additionally, on my account that was reactivated for my girlfriend to recruit, the Recruit a Friend tab doesn’t even appear.
I wanted to know if the same thing happened to anyone else or why this was done; apparently, I’m paying two subscriptions for nothing, and that’s quite frustrating.
And yes, I opened a ticket. But it’s no use; they take 9, 10, 11 days to respond, which is ridiculous; it’s too long.
I’d move this thread to the Customer Support Forum. You can do that by editing your post and there’s a dropdown to move the thread.
You’ll want to find out if you’ve got the correct ticket path and if they have any insight into any other helpful information.
Also keep in mind that the wait time listed isn’t your specific wait time, but the time.of the last ticket in the queue. Your issue could get answered quicker.
I would double-check this support article to make sure none of it applies to your situation:
If the account has been active at all over the last 2 years with any game time at all, then it wouldn’t qualify for the RaF program unfortunately. Again, not sure if that’s the case here, but it’s often the culprit.
It’s possible that a Blue will be able to chime in and provide a little insight, but a ticket is the best route otherwise.
I think I found the other account - as well as your ticket.
If you want to edit a few more details into your ticket, you should be able to do that without having to reopen it. The exact licenses - on both sides, both recruiter and recruitee would probably be helpful.

Update on my case: I just received a response, where the GM from my country told me that the reason for the unlinking was inactivity. Well, I don’t know, as I play with her every day, so my account and she logs into hers, we play. The impression I get is that only money matters, and that I’m either seen as a fool, or he didn’t even bother to look at my case, because if he did, he would see that we log in every day. Thank you for your help. But the only thing I feel now is that I’m just a coin.
So, in this account after Orlya responded to me, the link was reactivated normally, but not on my main account. I was talking to my girlfriend today and we both got responses, and I saw that it was the same GM, GM Sytphlan, who told me that our link on the main account was undone due to ‘inactivity,’ even though he literally spoke to her too, and at the time, we were both playing (like every day).
The impression left is that he didn’t even look at my case, just gave me a generic response to close my ticket. Apparently, it wasn’t him who reactivated my link or gave me a meaningful response.
