If you wish to provide Feedback towards Blizzard about the game, can you use other forums such as General Discussion. If you have any feedback towards for the Game Masters, please provide that feedback with the survey at the end of each ticket.

Perhaps, but it would be prudent to take advice as not heeding good advice when it comes to posting on our forums may lead to the removal of your posting privileges.
I’m not entirely certain what story you are trying to sell here, but any feedback you wish to provide about game development should be directed to our Game Developers. You can post in one of the Community forums that best fits the subject, using General Discussion by default or by using the Submit a Suggestion option through the in-game menu option under Support.
Again, we don’t have AI agents. This narrative is getting tired.
