A rather astute observation, I wonder if the fire you and your fellow conspirator started would have launched what would have been a promising career as an impromptu arsonist had it not been put out.
Just curious, fresh or from scratch?
Frozen are simply boil till they float, then saute in butter till you get a nice outside.
Making pasta from scratch, and whatever filling (I usually use potato and onion) can be a bit more challenging
