Yeah, I imagine windfury will punt MoM a bit further ahead due to windfury/slam attacks getting extra MoM hits.
MCP should still get more value out of autoattack windfuries though, as its AA dps is undeniably higher baseline.
But the fact that we are even somewhat favorably comparing MCP to MoM on warriors shows that it’s not really JUST a druid/paladin thing, as earlier posters commented. 50% haste just makes it better than everything else at some level of AP, the real question is just “can you get that much?” Which seems to be “yes”
