Imagine being this cooked that the dev team can’t fix a loot related issued in 2025. Time to start looking into incompetence within the company.

So wait… the only thing the “reward” is … is a 610 piece of loot? and you only get one of them - not like one per character or anything fancy… right? lol. what a big deal over nothing.
A promised loot reward for playing a garbage game mode. Blizzard directly lying to their players, and people like you sticking up for them while others call them out. Their busted game promise and lack of fix despite this being an issue since 01/31/25, then lying to cover themselves isn’t “nothing”. Its testing to see what they can promise and not offer to drive up numbers for side projects.
I certainly will never trust anything Blizz ever tells us again and people should be concerned that they can’t even mail rewards correctly for participating in these alternate game modes.

I’m disappointed that this is the limit of their “generosity”. They’re “working hard” to make it right and … honestly … it’s quite lame.
This is quite fascinating. They implemented a new reward, the reward didn’t work for most players, they took weeks to fix it, and the fix doesn’t work either because it requires something that wasn’t mailed out, which was the entire problem to begin with? And on top of that, this is the last week where the reward is even current? Truly fascinating.

updated timeline for those who don’t want to read all the posts:
January 31st, approximately 10am PST: a fix was announced and the item/s were supposedly meant to be mailed to a character.
January 31st, between 11am and 5pm PST: multiple people start reporting on the forums that they had not received the items in question.
Unknown date, probably early Feb: post is edited to say that it is “mostly fixed” instead of fixed.
February 12: after ignoring everyone for almost 2 weeks, a fix is announced: the items will be put on a vendor for people to purchase, available with the reset on February 18.
February 18: the vendor did not have the items for sale. oh who would’ve guessed

Don’t forget, they have completely ignored the issue today as well. No acknowledgement, nothing.
Last one should read:
Vendor DOES have the items for sale, but only they are only purchasable by using the Plunderstorm currency that was not mailed to many players in the first place.

Very fascinating – maybe it gets resolved in time for the item to be less worthless than it already is???
I hope Blizz can find a different way of delivering the rewards without the mail system if they offer in game rewards in the future. I hate that I’m getting gear usable in PvE for doing PvP, and I hope that never happens again, but since it was offered and I met the requirements I want the reward that I earned and I still don’t have it. The vendor requires the currency I never received.

Still not fixed. Nothing on the vendor. Plunderstorm almost over, season where the gear would be relevant almost over and still you have done nothing for the vast number of players that got nothing. And no comment from Blizzard about a clearly failed fix. This is ridiculous. Way to drop the ball completely.
