I can confirm that. Vendor still requires the tokens that I should have received in the mail.

cant get the chest either. I guess at this point it doesnt matter, but its the thought that counts. It would have been nice on the alt going forward

So, just to recap:
- First you announce that there’s a new bribe, er, reward for playing Blunderstorm and that it’s been fixed.
- That was incorrect.
- A few days later, you announce that it’s been acknowledged that it’s not fixed.
- A few days after that, you announce that a solution is ready to go on Feb 18th after the scheduled maintenance.
- That was also incorrect.
Come on…

any updates on this? At this point it doesn’t matter because y’all wasted so much time trying to figure out how this works. TBH I think we should get another coin for having to wait.

Can we get an update since nothing said in the Plunderstorm forums has been fixed. We have a vendor, but no currency to buy said item. The currency was what was never being sent out, so now we have lost the promised reward because this still hasn’t been addressed. Blizzard seems to be actively avoiding this now as in 6 days this will be over and ignored. Rewards mean nothing after 11.1. Posting in here because tickets get you a warning and bug reports don’t work. Can we get an update from a blue about what is preventing the reward when we only played this awful mode for the gear reward.
I guess we got an answer because this was just moved to the forums that I said in the CS forums that wasn’t being answered. Blues are just gonna ignore this until it goes away. A BLUE moved this and without any response so I guess we have “nothing to see here”

where is my token i suffered through getting 5k plunder and i found the vendor but i have no token that I EARNED to buy the heroic box
The vendor is in the tent with Brann and the other Delve NPCs. Unfortunately, the vendor has always been there with the chests. What we still don’t have is the currency we were supposed to get in the mail to buy the chests.
No token, nothing.
they should allow us to get a heroic piece from the new raid for this kind of mess up

Vendor is actually next to Osidion, the Ensemble Vendor on the Southeast side of Dornogal.
Da’kash is here in Dornogal, but to purchase the caches he wants the same items that were never mailed to us in the first place. I mean, really? Who thought this was going to solved the issue?

You know, I knew they were going to bungle this even more. I sat there, and I was like, surely they would test it and wouldn’t bungle this after bungling this for two weeks. But nope, they bungled it. BT dubz, the items Da’kash is selling was always on him. So they made absolutely zero changes.
I can see the npc, the items but I cant purchase them because I was never mailed the currency. Ive gotten over 30k plus plunder as well. Sigh.
Instead of closing and merging topics, can we get an update?

Can see vendor, but didn’t get any token in the mail…
So once again Kaivax has lied to the community, and has chosen to be active in the forums while ignoring the issue. He can merge and close post but not update. I’m starting to think that being a “Blue” means ignoring and treating customers like garbage.
