Moonglow Inc is recruiting! Here's a quick tl;dr!
Moonglow, Inc a Hybrid IC/OOC LGTBQ+ friendly guild that is looking for cool people to do stuff with. We like to level alts, pvp, mythics and roleplay! Most of us at MG Inc are in our mid-late 20's and 30's, some of us with kids and most of us with full time jobs. We may seem a little casual, but we like to make the most of the time we have in game doing the content we enjoy. We like to chat on discord during the work hours, share dumb memes, and discuss a wide variety of subjects from roleplay to football.
Our IC storyline is 'open ended', where nearly every type of character can find a home in. New to RP? Let us help you! Experienced? Then let's brainstorm up some fun ideas! Not everyone in the guild rps, but everyone respects those that do. No need to worry about if your character 'fits' with the guild, because Moonglow's IC story is open to almost everyone.

What is Moonglow, Inc?
The Mobile Organization Of Noncompeting Gnomish-Led Opportunists Worlds-wide, Incorporated, or Moonglow, Inc, is a World of Warcraft guild on the Alliance faction on the Moon Guard server. From a real life standpoint, its aim is to put people first, and be a place where good people can come together and do things together in game with the benefits of having people to do stuff with. Some of its core are real life friends, so expect some inside jokes, Green Bay Packer fandom and plenty of The Simpsons references. We are mostly in our twenties and thirties and have full time jobs, but some of us are rabid players outside of that, so thereās a mix of the occasional and hardcore.
In terms of game fiction, Moonglow Inc. is an organization of Alliance freelancers, do-gooders, civilians, knights errant, and other sorts that would be āadventurers,ā as well as the corporate-entity catch-all for any harebrained schemes its members cook up. It is helmed by its president and CEO, Tigoll "Biddies" Routerbit, faithful Alliance gnome, who initially needed to set up a support network to help subsidize the massive cost of hurling kegs everywhere whenever he had to fight. He is assisted by the Humanoid Relations and Public Resources manager, Verdy Taylor, and the guildās Moral Officer, Damakos. The guild is structured as a mishmash of concepts: multi-level marketing schemes, business cooperatives, and āindependent contractorā services like Uber. Members are encouraged to undertake the same world-saving and Horde-slaying activities they normally would, knowing that they have the resources of an entire organization to call on. In exchange, Tigoll or other guildmates may sell membersā services in exchange for a cut. In addition, members are encouraged to recruit for the group, receiving a share of the profit from everyone in their UNDERLINE (UNique DERived LIason NEtwork, like a downline in real-life MLMs) as those that recruited them get a share of theirs.
The guild is loosely structured so that players can improvise a bit with how it may contribute in both drama and humor to a characterās story, as well as it providing a convenient IC access to OOC help, guild bank and profession resources, and the other potential benefits of game guild membership. The guild is not intended to provide an in-depth, dramatic, or overarching story. Instead, itās a mechanism to help fill in some of the potential gaps in character motivation (āWhy would my pacifist be in the Broken Isles? Oh, his boss sent him to survey land!ā)

Raiding info: Currently we have a few guildies running heroic BoD with friends on WRA. Sadly we don't really have enough people for our own guild runs and I don't have the time to lead them.
Things are a bit slow right now while I try and catch up with IRL stuff, but until then, come check us out!

We managed to dip our toes into Uldir on Friday. Not a full guild run, but with some business associates of ours. Pugs aren't our style, but friends coming along are!
We are aiming for a weeknight raid, with an optional Friday or Saturday should people want to progress further and have time available that day.
We are also wanting to branch out into more mythic+. So far we have a little group that runs them, but we'd love to have more variety to our runs and to help people with things they want to do!

I was only present for part of last night's Uldir raid, but it sounded like things went well! We're looking to get some more 'home grown' folks for our raid - I almost said talent, but we're not trying to compete, we're trying to make friends and do things with them, so I don't want to express l33t skill pressure or what-have-you.
Our active 'core' of players is small, but it's been super great to see how friendly and helpful all of them have been with raid prep and the recent warfront resources - happily donating to the guild bank, getting bundles of sixty ore, three enchants, etc, stacked up and ready so we could all get our rep and azerite power. I'm proud of everyone and definitely want to foster that kind of atmosphere, and if that's something you'd like to be part of, we'd love to hear from you!

We would love more people for M+ and our weekly raid. But if those aren't your thing, we do a little bit of everything: RP(in game and Discord), world PvP, Arenas, Islands, reverse funnel schemes, Alts, etc.
