Part of the confusion, Gomo, is the assumption that this was at all an automated system that did this. An actual person do these investigations, several most of the time, and while they may use systems to aid in their endeavor, those systems are things like our logs.
If your friend has submit an appeal ticket, which I can verify they have, it will be reviewed. There is no means to hurry it along or otherwise move up in line of others who need your assistance.
To be clear, a Game Master wouldn’t be able to pull their ticket out of queue based on a forum post. I absolutely understand the frustration, as I said, they will need to wait for their issue to be reviewed.
