Our espionage sect, Boralus Intelligence (BI:6) are the ones primarily responsible for doing this kind of work, however all Proudmoore Academy Cadets are taught the basics during bootcamp.
As part of the Bootcamp campaign, Cadets undergo a course covering Interrogation Techniques and another regarding Beastiary. The former covers various methods of extracting information from prisoners under different sets of circumstances, and the latter covers the behavioral and physiological traits of the various animalistic Horde species.

Be careful when listening to this alleged "Nearo," as he might actually be Faro, the unholy opposite of the Kul Tiras Marine commanding officer! For example, ask yourselves: can Nearo really count to five? The Anti-Tact manifests in opposition to all that is holy. The Lord Tact has rated himself 3 points on a 3 point scale, and thus these first three numbers are holy. Add an extra one for the Lord Tact's various Holy Logistical Operations, and we have 4.
