Long - time tank main looking for a guild of like - minded players. I’ve been tanking and playing WoW since the original TBC, have tanked at a very high level (multiple CE’s, some top 100 parses etc.) for quite some time now. I’m passionate about tanking and extremely confident in my abilities. I can play em all comfortably, but will always prefer Druid tanks because being a big - booty Bear automatically makes it superior.
As my title states, I’m willing to transfer if need be. My current realm is Benediction, and this character as you can see, is Alliance. Don’t get me wrong, I would prefer to stay put but one can only be so picky when looking for the right guild. So Horde and / or another server, I’m open to anything if the fits right.
I’ve got plenty of experience with raid strategy, roster management and loot council as well. So if any kind of assistance is desired in any of these areas, I’m more than happy to help.
While heroic progression with competent players is what I’m looking for, equally as important is a community. Love when my guild hangs out in discord. Love just chit chatting, having a laugh and having a tight - nit group in general. While I take my tanking seriously, I’m also a complete goober who makes a ton of stupid jokes. The more I think about it, breaking the tension during progression with a well - timed (and equally stupid) joke is probably the #1 thing I bring to a raid. As long as we clear the content within a reasonable time - frame and have fun doing it, well that more than enough for me.
I have a preference towards 25M raiding but again, beggars 's can’t be choosers. 10M is more than fine with me. My potential raid times are very flexible at the moment, as my job never has me working past dinner time (I’m on the West Coast).
One more thing I’d like to make clear, and I sincerely don’t mean this in an entitled way, just attempting to make clear what I’m looking for - is to not play as a “Feral DPS who off - tanks when required”. I want to tank. I know there’s an infatuation with Blood DKs (and I’m not denying their strengths, I played one during OG Cata) but us Druid tanks are pretty darn bulky with our current tuning and I’m confident that we’ll be exceptional choices in T11. Any of the four tanks are more than capable of dealing with all content (though I’m willing to concede that Warriors lack of CD’s puts them at a disadvantage). Again, just wanted to make this clear to avoid any kind of friction in the future.
