Crucial was formed on Sargeras in December of 2018, a smallish tight knit raid group looking for more friends and adventure than could be found on their home server. In such a short time, we’ve grown to over 100 strong with considerable progression, fantastic members, and steadfast leadership. We are opening up recruitment to like-minded players who share our opinion that the friends you make in this game are what make it truly worth playing, players who want to put the time and effort into making their character shine, who want to see end-game content with a great group of people they call family.
Current Raid Days:
- (Optional) Wednesdays 9pm cst - First 4-5 bosses of Heroic for guild members, alts, new recruits
- Progression Friday 9pm cst - Heroic BoD
- Progression Saturday 9pm cst - Heroic/Mythic BoD
- (Optional)(Impromptu) Catch Up - Sundays TBD
Sundays/Mondays are currently reserved for Mythic + key farm to make sure ALL guild members are able to complete a +10 for their weekly chest.
Please also note that spots on our raid teams are competitive. If for any reason your DPS/Heals/Tanking has fallen off or you are struggling with mechanics, we will ask you to sit out of that fight or that evening of raiding and will bring in another similar class/spec. If you are asked to sit, it is not permanent! We wil invite you back once you’ve had a chance to rest and review the fights. Likewise, if you fail to let us know that you will be unavailable for two raid days in a row, your raid spot will be relinquished to the next player of similar class/spec.
If you are not a member of our raid team or are an alternate, please also do not be discouraged if you are not on the main progression team. Once we are sure we know the fights, we do alternate in other guild members to make sure they stay current on boss kills and gear. No one is left behind in Crucial!
Heroic Raid Requirements:
- 385ilvl
- 35 HoA level
Mythic Raid Requirements:
- 400ilvl
- 38 HoA level
Please note that exceptions can be made to raid requirements at the discretion of the officers for needed classes or players who have recently switched characters. Please make notes on your application about your progress in these areas if you have any concerns.
