We formed late in season 1 of SL and hit AOTC and moved into mythic all tiers
We Have been a casual mythic guild throughout the expansion and looking to turn our attention to pushing harder going into Dragonflight. We are currently looking to improve our raid team by recruiting like-minded people whose goal is to push what we hope to achieve is deep into mythic. We are looking for DPS and healers.
Schedule
• Our Raid times are Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 – 11:30 AEST (Sydney time)
• One 10 minute break Half way through
• Our raid attendance expectation is high, but understand that real life things do come first so if you are unable to attend the raid all you need to do is shoot through a message
• If you do not show up or late on a regular basis without any prior notice you will be removed from the raid team.
Raid Prep
• The big requirement you will be given is to review some resources for boss fights that will be provided by the raid leader or officers in your spare time. It won’t be anything too strenuous either a video or a fight sheet. Our main thing is not to show up without doing your homework.
• Understanding your class to a strong level. Coming with the right spec on, consumables, enchants and gems every night at start time.
• We do not expect you to grind yourself to death for full BiS right away and burn yourself out. But we do expect the right things are done to improve your character at a decent pace. But if for a period of time your character falls behind and we aren’t seeing an effort to optimize it you will be replaced.
