darion is not in org he is in the DK citadel standing by the table doing nothing, no quest prompts, i have completed legion quests. https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40605/keep-your-friends-close nothing anywhere is of any help, i want to access shadowlands
This’d be under game hints, which support doesn’t do. If you’re having issues with a quest, the quest forum would be the place. THe blues here ain’t able help with every quest that comes their way.

For clarity, Kharnifex, the Customer Support Forum is primarily a player to player forum where other players provide advice and guidance on support related matters. It is not a guaranteed contact point for Customer Support. If you are looking for that, you’ll want to submit a ticket, though for this kind of thing a Bug Report is usually encouraged.
Now, with that said, while Support Forum Agents like myself are not generally able to provide direct assistance, I do have an affinity for these kinds of things so I might be able to take a look.
If you have a moment and can swap to a different character do so. Let me know when you have swapped.

It looks like you had abandoned the Chilling Summons quest about a week ago, which seems to have caused the issue.
You should have it now, and should see the Death Gate and be able to talk to Nazgrim. Don’t abandon it. 
You should be good to log back in.

never abandoned it manually, must have been with the level boost and log wipe , thank you!

My SO is facing the same issue described here, but they are unable to post on the Forum due to being a new Forum user. Would you be able to assist them like how you did for Zaiok? Their character name is “marriannee” (a Dracthyr mage) and they are on the Stormrage server.
We had abandoned the Chilling Summons quest before going into the portal on their account. Now they are unable to access the Shadowlands as a result. They have a case open: https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/case/detail/102411040.
We were very excited to venture off to the Shadowlands a few days ago, but havent been able to due to this issue
