Disagreement is not causing unrest. Sorry, but the rule doesnt apply here because im not creating threads. The whole rule is important not just picking 2 words out of it.
If I was creating threads then you would have a point to it, but im not. Participating in threads does not break the rules. It sounds like you are trying to stretch the rules to silence others.

What actions have I not taken account for. Ive already stated I dont care what people think of me and im going to speak my mind and what I think about something. If I go into the bring back conversion thread and said you are just better off of using Death Strike. 2 seconds of conversion would be 40 RP and only bring back 4% of your heath along with doing 0 damage while Death Strike consumes 35 RP, heals for a minimum amount which mine is at 10.5% and it also does damage. Just using death strike is more bang for your buck. The only place it would have a niche is not being able to attack anything, but you have LB + Death Coil for that. So would be so wrong in saying that? Absolutely nothing at all.
I asked for clarification because his post didnt make sense from a gameplay standpoint because we dont fish for procs, he basically called me stupid without using those words and that other people understood them, which I followed up with the question of “did they really understand the why or did they just like the idea of a KM stacking to 2.”

Nope, no warning. Why give someone a warning when they didnt do something wrong? That makes no sense what so ever. People mass flag, that mass flag turns into a “we hid your post until further review” that review goes through and its restored. No “watch what you are saying” or anything else. Its literally people not liking what is said and trying to use the Blizzard systems to silence others, thats it.

Im not saying people should just believe my opinions. But they are in using the argument from authority fallacy. “I play the game so I know” is what that argument is. I play but you dont. Well if you play, and I dont, then you shouldnt have to use that argument from authority fallacy and should be able to completely dumpster any argument being made. But thats not actually the case. When you look into discussions, the people that use fallacies and start throwing out ad hom attacks are usually the people that have no standing. How do you know they arent just buying their way into mythic kills and using that as a means to use the argument.
And you used the word “the” more than I used the worth inflated. And just using a singular word is not the same thing as spamming threads. What they are talking about is if I came in here and said “Icecap is the best talent ever” and that was it. If someone responded to it I replied back with “you are just jealous that icecap is the best talent ever.” Thats what that rule is talking about. You do know the fact that I had to state that I know that stats are inflated, means other people didnt actually read what I wrote. Not reading things also doesnt do anyone a favor because if they did I wouldnt have to repeat myself so many times now would I? Im not repeating myself just for the hell of it.
I dont know what court has to do with the situation other than thats the argument that Amber Heard is trying to put forward. She did all these terrible things because of Johnny did these things.
Who is Akatsuki. The fact that you have nothing further to provide would suggest to me that they havent had a lot of input in the first place for me to remember who they are. And yes, the fishing part has later been confirmed to be Obliteration weaving, which you dont fish for. You do not fish for a proc using Frost Strike or Howling blast… EVER. Frost Strike and Howling Blast doesnt have a chance to give KM which I would agree would be fishing for a proc. If it had like a 30% chance per Frost Strike or HB then you would be fishing for it, but its a guarantee.
So when he said “rotationally” to me that says the entire gameplay and not just a 12 second window.
But the fact that you say “probably” to Biceps question and not just a definitive “yes” means you arent quite sure 100% of what they meant by fishing. This is just basic language stuff here and people want to get on my case about stuff and you guys wonder why I tend to be snarky back to people.

You just witnessed others making a guess at what you were talking about.
I rather not lose out more procs because people dont like the spec and hate DW. The loot table should at least prioritize 1h weapons over 2h weapons because you can just swap loot specializations if you want a 2h weapon where frost doesnt have that luxury for 1h weapons.
