We are a long time, adult raiding guild so if you have no patience, care about self more than team progression and do not get a feeling of accomplishment when you actually work for, wipe to, then down a new boss together you shouldn’t bother applying. Although Blizzard made it easier to do, we are looking for people who want a long term home, not guild hoppers. We raid tier to tier and the rest of my guildies deserve loyalty, they are made of awesome sauce. 
We are looking for Good Ranged dps that is not a hunter 
We would really like a balance, mage or warlock.
