Been playing my mage since vanilla, have raided in many top 100 US guilds. Used to raid with Vulgar back when they were on Dragonmaw. Can’t raid until at least 9pm EST ( I typically get off work at 8:30) Most nights are good except Thursday I play volleyball and may be late some times if you raid that day (vball ends in March). All the gear and progression you see from my character have been done using group finder only. I have not been in a guild since the start of the expansion. You can check out my logs from group finder pugs on warcraft logs. I’m currently 10/10H and 1402 Raider IO. Can raid frost or fire. (Still working on better stat priority gear for my fire set though.)
I am also fine with being a back-up raider as long as the guild is high end progression based.
