I would love to find a laid back raiding guild that can still make progress. I would like to raid 1 or 2 nights a week for 3 - 4 hours between 7 and 11 server time (I am eastern time). I just started raiding again in mid January after taking a break since early WotLK. I am currently 10/10 Heroic CN from PUGs, and looking to find a group with which to step into mythic raiding and complete raiding achievements. I would also enjoy groups to run mythic+ dungeons on off nights.

Reddit raids Tues and Thurs nights from 9pm –midnight central/ sever time. Also do an optional alt /community raid Saturday night, lots of fun!
Currently 10/10H and 2/10M. Mostly just aim for AOTC then hit a few mythic bosses to pass the time between raid tiers.

I know you are looking for multiple raid nights but if you would like something a bit more laid back I am a co-lead for the guild Magister Mortalis. We raid every Tuesday night from 7:30 p.m. ST - 11 p.m. ST and are currently 4/10 H. We’re looking for a couple more DPS and Healers to round out our core team and would love to have you!
My guild gets kind of close to your times but not spot on: 8:30 server on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s, total up to 7 hours per week.
We already have aotc and many alts are now beginning to push. Let me know if this works for you.
