It’s around a 15% loss of damage reduction from armor. That’s pretty meaningful to classes with heavy physical damage.
Not at all saying lock doesn’t have good survival tools, obviously they do, but taking 15% more physical damage is still serious.
Regardless, these are just strange changes nobody was asking for.
Imagine making a caster squishier in a meta loaded with rogues, warriors and hunters.
Meanwhile even post “nerf” mage is still god tier levels difficult to kill with unbelievable mobility and 100 and 0 dmg. Cool game atm.
I took a 28k execute with soul link. As aff or destr that will be like a 45k execute lol. This nerf will be enormous for the average player trying to rank up.
Leggo buff lasts 9 seconds and they have to cast that thrice to gain full benefit. Then they have to hard cast shadowbolt. If you can’t kick any of the 7 hard casts to even pull this off or line it until the buff wires off (or even spell reflect) then .
Idk what this is but it MUST be a 1 shot. Since that’s the vibe Blizzard has been going for… it’s like they test random things out and if it 1 shots they collectively agree to add it
I prefer the old style single dispels with no cooldown, it’s what made certain comps good with each other because not all healers had access to a magical dispel. It also served as a counter to spammable CC for the specs that had access to constantly remove poly/fear.
