They should just change it to gain an instant chain lightning (maybe 1 stormkeeper charge but that seems op) with storm ele but keep the set as is, can probably run ascendance in raid next tier with this.

The bonuses look nice to me . I can understand how M+ ppl taking storm elemental may not like it but I don’t think storm elemental is taken in PvP or raiding so makes no difference there .
