As of today , my quests are no longer updating unless I log out and then back in.
I can turn in a quest and and it will remain on my log with a circle around the quest giver saying that I have yet to turn it in. After relogging, the finished quest simply disappears since the quest log updates at that point.
I have to now do this process of logging off on every step of each quest if I want to progress the quest log.
I am playing War Within content.

I’ve been having this problem since Sunday. I think it’s the same as what’s on this Bug Report.
