Much of our guild is comprised of players who have raided together for many years dating back to MoP and beyond. We reformed as Bros with Banjos during Battle for Azeroth where we cleared Mythic Ny’alotha and achieved Cutting Edge. Majority of the guild is in our 30s and have work/families to prioritize outside of the game. We are fairly laid back and enjoy having fun with the game but we are serious when it comes to raiding and killing bosses.
Our goal is getting Cutting Edge every raid tier while maintaining a 2 day raid schedule.
We try to accomplish the most we can in the 6 hours of raiding we do each week. Raids are taken serious enough to down bosses but we have fun, work on chipping away on progression and do our best to improve each raid night.

<Fathom> 9/10M, formerly <Late Shift> 12/12M is a Semi-Hardcore raiding guild located on US-Illidan who’s main focus is Cutting Edge on a two day (6hr/week) schedule. We raid Tues/Wed from 11pm-2am CT. We do not recruit for the bench. If we are trialing you it is for the core raid team. We maintain a roster of a minimum of 25 players in order to flex the comp to the needs of the encounter, cover post outs & DCs. Being part of the raid team comes with the understanding that you will sit from time to time for all the various reasons that come with being part of a mythic raiding guild.
All raid spots are competitive and we’re always looking for strong, motivated & experienced players of all classes/specs.
Our Expectations:
-Know your class/main spec thoroughly along with knowing its role and general performance in the current encounter(s). Keep your character relevant & up to date by doing the necessary work outside or raids, e.g: filling your Vault, running Torghast & The Maw etc. Being able to flex to your off-spec is a huge plus but not required.
-Come prepared with a good knowledge of the fights, be able to maintain a high level of performance throughout raid while identifying & correcting your mistakes quickly on the fly.
-Post out well ahead of time. We’re all adults and have real lives outside of the game. With that being said, you “should” know ahead of time when you have obligations that will interfere with the raid schedule. We expect non-emergency post outs to be done four raid nights ahead of time. Trials are required to have 100% attendance during their trial period.
-If you are on Standby you need to be available/reachable for the entire raid. You don’t have to sit outside the instance but you MUST be able to be reached and brought in quickly if needed.
-A “team first” mindset.

Fore score and Warlords of Draenor ago, Delusions of Grandeur killed Archimonde for its first Cutting Edge achievement as a group. Although some of DoG’s core have been pushing content since the Throne of Thunder days, HFC is where the guild made its splash as top guild on US-Runetotem.

Every season, we host a Rated Battleground group on Friday nights that is normally centered around winning and having a few cocktails/beers (if that is your thing). Our best season was BFA Season 1 when we reached the 2100 bracket.
What about the pluses? (Mythic Plus). Our core group has been pushing the M+ brackets since Legion (5k+ Raider IO Scores) with our most recent team reaching the 4500+ score this past BFA season. We fully intend on pushing high keys and are always looking for more to join our M+ ranks.
Discord Community and In-Game Activities:
Our Discord is used for all guild activities as well as a source of information with many of WoW’s community pages. We have bots set up for WoWheadNews and Raidbot sims. If you like spinning on the 1s and 2s, we also have a DJ set up for you to listen to with your group.

Its Mine I Licked It was founded prior to the launch of Shadowlands by a group of friends with significant hardcore raiding experience. All of the founding members played WoW since The Burning Crusade or earlier, and have raided since Wrath of the Lich King or before. More to the point, each of the founding members have at minimum US Top 50 experience, and all held leadership positions in competitive raiding guilds.
However, life goes on and people get older, and we all stopped raiding or even playing the game all together in either Legion or Battle for Azeroth for individual reasons. However, we also love this game and have come back over the last few months (or for some of us, never left at all). For all of us, raiding is an integral part of this game, and that’s what we plan to do. Still, we don’t want to break our backs pushing the true bleeding edge of end game content like we all did for so many years.
In Shadowlands, we will clear all Mythic Raid content as well as provide an environment conducive for Mythic + dungeon runs. However, we are all at the point in our lives where pushing late hours or extra nights to clear a Mythic Raid is not what we are looking for. Instead, we want to focus on a less grindy experience while still pushing ourselves and playing efficiently.

Predictive Gaming [AoTc 9/10M CN] is a semi-hardcore mythic progression guild that is looking for new family members!
Although the guild is new, its members are not. Predictive Gaming’s founding members have been playing WoW together for over 10 years and have achieved Cutting Edge together in numerous past tiers. The goal of this close-knit community is to gather quality over quantity with its future raiders, and find members that fit in with the existing team.

Shiver is recruiting for 9.1. We are a Mythic Cutting Edge minded guild with a two day raid schedule. We strive to accomplish as much as possible in our limited raid time. We believe in a drama free relaxed atmosphere and the officers do their utmost to keep it that way. We are looking for like minded individuals to complete our raid roster. We maintain a raid team of 22 to 24 people. Everybody must earn a spot on the raid team through their performance. Once you have earned your raid spot, you must continue to keep it through effort. The most valuable people, who perform the highest and have the best attitude will occupy the raid spots, irrespective of how long they have been with the guild. The Trial period typically lasts anywhere from three to five weeks, but may be longer if there are areas we would like to see improvement (i.e. performance or attitude).
