I’d rather not have KSM since I mostly do one maybe two keys a week and only care if they are 14 or higher over having 4 grey ilvl parses in heroic

Why or how would anyone stalk you. TBH, your response doesn’t make a lot of sense. Snozy has 223 item level which is pretty good and tells me that he/she could get KSM.
Problem I have is you think you are better than you are. Nothing wrong with not being KSM or a Glad, and you should accept that you get gear based on difficulty of content.

This is just a collection of all the wrong moves made with good intentions over time. So everything that used to be filling content for a lot of people is gone for anyone looking for a feeling of progression, solo or outside of the tank/heal/DPS meta.
Torghast could’ve been this too, but they absolutely refuse to throw gear in there. Probably because they know that if they created these sort of dungeons without the need for a tank, a healer, and a set amount of DPS, it’d likely be favorable to many who run dungeons because it’s all there is for progression.
The game has currently been stripped of everything that made it attractive for a lot of different people.
And although apparently playing solo isn’t casual according to one troll warlock (I guess it’s hardcore? lol), whatever that means, it’s still how a lot of people spend their time in game.
I’d raid, and then I’d solo play. Sometimes I’d run the occasional dungeon. But the solo game needs to be good too. I’m not subscribing to a game just to sit in a lobby to run a dungeon, or raid a couple hours a week and log in on Tuesday to see if it had an additional Take 5 reward.

These will help you. Join a like minded guild to progress through keys. Do your daily callings for valor and you can farm lower keys like +2s for valor as well to upgrade.
Raiderio has already been in the game for some time now, this won’t have any impact. It’s gonna be another tuesday.
You have to start forming your own keys if you won’t join a guild. I myself don’t like doing that so i use my guild or i pug them. M+ does not have as many barriers as people like to make it out to be. A lot of them can be overcome by “getting good” and by that I mean learning your class and maximizing your damage potential. Sim your character, your stat weights, do specific dungeons and bosses for certain gear.
You have to be willing to put in the effort to get where others are.
I’m noticing a trend. This is an MMO, it’s built on socialization, if solo play is more your thing then I’m sorry but there will be limitations. It’s just the truth. Joining a guild, interacting with others, challenging the foes of Azeroth are all part of this game. It’s part of its core.
Lets not complain about it yet if its not testable as of now.
Oh no, I know there were other factors at play (Studio collapsing at launch, lack of updates, server problems, etc.)
Even with a skeleton crew operating it to the end of time, I won’t pretend that the focus on high-end gameplay only didn’t also contribute to the end.
Tell me when you have time to socialize when you’re on a timer in M+ and have to dodge swirlies constantly, and when there is tons of anonymity so you never even see the same people again.
Oh AND you can get reported and silenced so why bother talking?

I mentioned in my post that its where joining a guild comes in. A lot of us are adults, we know how to make friends. My guild grabs 5 of us and we join a room in discord and we call out interrupts/moves/abilities.
Don’t break the chat rules and you wont get silenced? I can count on 2 fingers how many times i’ve been muted and both i deserved it.
The socializing aspect of the game mostly is when you just hang out and make friends in your new guild.

I mean I had people /w me in Legion and offer me xfers to their server to raid in their mythic guild because I had top parses early on. But ok. Whatever you say, bud. Clearly I can’t cut it in the oh so tough mythic raid environment.
Like I said, I get 20 fps and don’t use addons. I don’t give a crap about raiding anymore, and the way they have designed SL makes me not care. I have zero desire to mythic raid.

Doing m+ or normal raid is extremely casual friendly content.
Don’t treat the game as a single player one, having 2-4 other players is a huge help when forming your own groups, if one is a healer or tank you have a great base to pug the rest.
I only run M+ with friends/guildmates and most of the time us just talking about anything but the run on voice chat. Add people to your real id and try to run more dungeons with the same people, the game is 100% more enjoyable when you stop relying on pugs.

Oh I did that. I did that at the start of the expansion and had some fun. Guess what? EVERYONE QUIT.

I don’t treat the game as an exclusively single-player one, but I’ve always spent the bulk of my time in this game playing solo.
Why shouldn’t it have good single-player content as well?

Ok the frames you can’t really help until you can upgrade but the not using addons is a you problem. The game has advanced to a point where if you want the better rewards you’re gonna need those warnings.
Sure on those fights probably. I also was the “wrong” covenant. At the time, I was told by Ion that there was no “wrong” covenant. I also had hopes they would fix it. Eventually, I realized they wouldn’t want to disrupt their oh so precious wf race by balancing the covenants so I switched to NF. And it was a good call too because they STILL haven’t made venthyr remotely worth taking.

You realize addons further kill FPS right? Weakauras takes my 20 fps to like 15 fps. I’ll upgrade when something worth upgrading for comes out. I’ve been waiting a while. It was going to be cyberpunk, but that was a disaster.
BTW you don’t need warnings for anything. The addons aren’t for warnings. I need the addons to see pandemic refresh timer and drain soul ticks to maximize dps efficiently.

It should but it’s beyond realistic to expect it to be the same reward tier gear wise as say +15s and Mythic raids.
