90 day character transfer cd per account or per character?

Looking to switch Classic servers, but I read there is a 90 day cooldown on transfers. Does that mean I can only transfer 1 character per 90 days or that I can only transfer that character once per 90 days?

The cooldown is specific to the character, so you’d only be able to move that character once every 90 days.

Thanks for letting me know :). Im debating just waiting till prepatch to see where the dice fall in terms of server populations… but after exploring the other servers… sure is nice see people.
