Well, I agree with that but islands just say lazy and small scale to me. How about another continent?
At the time, if you were on a toaster, that dungeon in particular was a living nightmare.
Hey, the walkways had holes. HOLES.
Someone always ran up to the dargon I was trying to click and stole him. They’re not all in the same spot so running around happened.
It’s a perfectly fine dungeon, after your 47th time when you can run it with your eyes closed. First time…wipe fest.
Never actually encountered that, myself. I’ve had people instantly leaving, or making snide comments about the place, but I’ve never had one of these fabled horrible runs.
It was pretty hilarious to watch the tank or healer running back try to shortcut jump a bridge corner and miss. Nothing you can do but laugh IRL and type, “oh well, brb p”.
I mean, I’ve seen tanks get lost in Hellfire Ramparts. I’m sure Oculus has its share of horror stories. I just haven’t experienced any, personally.
That makes sense. It does has some pretty reactive mechanics.
