Oh well, i thought there would be content. Instead, we have more insults from (Blizzard) Activision executives.
I will say this one more time ** I edited my edit to help others who might be confused on why I made this post, please indulge.
The set can be bought separately for $20. It is up to the buyer to decide which option to choose. I’ve bought mount separately before when I wasn’t sure about to play for 6 months.
Though, I’d hoped for some new mount… maybe the next round for lunar new year?

To be fair Blizz used to have cosmetic helmets im the shop for $15 USD.
The fact that this is $20 USD for a FULL set is pretty nice imo.

You are splitting hairs on justifying one much larger store. Also Blizzard has almost 700 mounts obtainable in game and a mind boggling number of tmogs.
You can also filter by “online store exclusive”. 17 of the 31 emotes are exclusive,
16 of the 24 mounts are online exclusive, 49 of the 89 costumes, ect. There goes the “mostly old events”. Also the really cheep ones are from the old events and are not the online eclusives.
I don’t want to sound like an Actiblizz simp but if this means more HD transmogs added to the game then I’m kind of fine with this.
Now we just need some trench coat mogs that are attached to the chest. I’ll buy that for a dollar.
It makes me kind of sad but at the same time I get it.
Most games LIVE on stuff like this… I can understand the shift and I’m sure we’ll see more.
The game is subscription based, that is literally pay to play. The $90 cosmetic you’re talking about is really a 6 month subscription with a free cosmetic set. Bought separately the cosmetic set is $20.

Not really paying for cosmetics. The cosmetics are included in the subscription. My question is when do I get mine since my six-month subscription just renewed. Will have to investigate.

You’re calling it a $90 cosmetic, you don’t make any mention of it being free with a 6 month subscription, or the standalone price of $20. You’re intentionally being misleading to stoke outrage. You’re the one that needs help dude.

Wrong, the post was titled for those who already understood what I’m talking about. It isnt MY fault for you not doing research prior along with the other people begon, thot.
Blizzard was selling transmog items for your helm for about a decade, so it’s not like this is exactly something new. Sure, it’s a set as opposed to just one piece, but who cares? The covenants have a butt ton of new transmogs that look ten times better than this new one they’re selling on the store.
You don’t even have to pay money for it if you really wanted it. Just farm up a gold, buy a token, convert it to Blizzard balance, no money gone from your pocket.
Most every MMORPG in history has had an online store with cosmetics, ESO thrives on it.
If you believe it shouldn’t be sold for money, then buy it for free with in-game gold via Blizzard.net balance transfer.
People always find something to complain about.

It’s funny how people are diagnosing how to work around the pay wall when it’s the concept / premise of selling cosmetics with a pay to play model I 'm talking about and still haven’t grasp no matter how many times I can dish it out.

on a positive note thats a pretty goofy set that screams “i’m a clown”
dont see ppl wanting it at all.
