89.94 + tax cosmetics

So they weren’t selling cosmetic junk in the store before merging with Activision?

It’s such a vicious cycle, especially with society at large telling women they should wear it.

If they buy a 6 month sub and don’t plan on playing for 6 months then that is on them. I would also imagine it will become available for purchase separately (like the other items before it). FF14 also has a ton more stuff in their in game shop.

Absolutely disgusting.

Yeah you can buy it stand alone without the sub for $20.00

I plan on putting it on my mechagnome.

They do, and a lot of it tends to be items from previous events brought back - which is pretty popular to do. There are of course some that are unique, but it’s not as common as something like Blizzard making unique content for the shop. And it’s also cheaper.

They could have picked better colors, the wings and hat are cute but it really clashes with the rest of the outfit.

I can’t wait until 11.0 when you launch the game and spend the first 10 minutes clicking the x on the pop-ups for store ads.

yeah i’ve seen pure digital copies of games with their deluxe/digital collectors versions get upwards of $120. and then the price basically doubles if you buy the physical collector’s editions with all their goodies.

I’ll buy 13!

Did I not hear you can buy it separately?

Do you actually believe that? Go look at their store right now. There are 31 emotes alone. There are hundreds on hundreds of total items regards less of if they are from “previous” events or not. This is a free item with purchase of a 6 month sub (which many of us do anyways since is it $2 less a month) or $20 if you do it separately. Anyway you look at it the OP is being dishonest. It is either free with a $78 six month sub (not 89.94 as he lists) or $20.

The post was made prior to obtaining knowledge. I can admit that.

wouldnt worry about any cosmetics that can only be aquired with real life money.

they carry no weight at all, impresses nobody.

you cant even use that stuff in official transmog competitions

the more p2w cosmetics you wear the more of a clown you look in everyone’s eyes, imo at least.

But in addition, you can check out the edit I made, to further grasp the concept few understand in the dev world.

That honestly looks better than the Ardenweald sets.

Emotes from mostly old events, but some are unique - but they’re way, way cheaper than most base cosmetics in WoW. And being from old events does matter because they’re not completely unique and made for the store, rather returning unique models and cosmetics that players who played at the time got for free.

it’s a good thing I am fine with up and playing other MMOs and don’t view WOW as the end all be all for MMOs. I do feel for those individuals who are so addicted to this game that they just deal with disappointment versus finding another game to spend their free time playing.

Granted I deal with disappointment every day when I see my monthly bills come rolling in and I think “damn, last months bill was $176.00 and this month it’s even more”.
