Fallacy.
Asking for a grind in the content we enjoy playing isn’t the same as asking for something for free.
The problem is we are required to do island expeditions for the best azerite gains, required to do world quests for reputation, required to do world quests for professions, etc.
Requiring us to do things we don’t want to do is singly the largest issue in WoW today. There is no good reason why this is so and it’s really a design philosophy to blame.

If you’re asking “is this even worth it?” than Blizz has you right where they want you. Eventually enough people will stop doing Pathfinder and then Blizz will say “See! Players don’t want flight either”. Then they’ll remove it altogether.
Gating/removing flight will go down in this games history as one of the dumbest decisions the devs ever made.

The rep requirements were known, it’s been like this before. If flying is so important to a person I’d think they could do somethings they’re not so fond of to get it. It’s not hard.

You’re trying really hard to smite anyone having a problem with the system. I know it’s okay to you, but others are allowed to dislike a system. Change doesn’t come when everyone agrees.

It was a safe assumption that we would have to grind additional reps given how Legion Pathfinder part 2 worked.

Some people just wanna log on and have fun not go on and farm some boring rep for flying also farming rep isn’t a bad thing i just think it shouldn’t be for flying

I am. I also know that my opinion about this is the same as many people in the hundreds of flying threads since Warlords. Thus, US.

At this point of the expansion, I don’t see why people are not already exalted with the ones currently out. I mean you do all the quest to get Loremaster in those zones and you do World Quest to get emissary caches and you do the Missions which also provide rep for some of those.
I can understand if you are just starting to play, but if you been playing since the expansion release, I don’t think you have any excuse at this point unless you just don’t want to play.

You mean don’t want to do dailies and/or world quests which is a completely acceptable position.
This design team consciously removed the player choice in not doing world quests and dailies. Any wonder subscriber numbers are down? Removing choice isn’t good design.

I believe what the OP is saying is , not everyone likes to play the game the same way .
So if a person only likes to pvp they should be denied flying because they didn’t grind quests because that is not an aspect they like?
Are we so satisfied with the current attitude coming from the devs of this is how you will play the game and you will like it or you can go play someone else’s game?

If you do not want to login every day and do WQ which can maybe take like 30 mins out of your day to complete them, then that is fine, but I consider making Pathfinder where you have to earn at least revered as a easy reward for those who have taken time to do them. Again, 30 mins each day can easily get you to revered.

People have whined about pathfinder since WoD. Blizzard hasn’t changed it. So what makes you guys think Blizzard is going to change it NOW? Either accept it or move on. That’s the only two choices you have. Stop beating a dead horse. It’s already skin and bones.

You’re not getting this.
It could be 5 minutes and I’d complain. Because I loathe them. I think they represent the worst parts of the game. That they were made so important to character progression is a huge problem.
I don’t mind if you adore them. Have all the WQ and minigames your heart desires. Just don’t deny me the choice in getting my rep gains another way, in content I actually enjoy.

I’ve gotten all the pathfinders so far and when they were current and even I call part 2 
Only requirements to pathfinder should be completing initial story line for expac cheevo and exploring new zones for explorer cheevo to open part 1 and allow flying.
Part 1 should automatically open flying for the toon that did it and let part 2 open it for alts.
