I had gotten The War Within Epic Edition (I also got the Midnight Epic Edition and have had no issues with all the rewards) and recently started playing again but some of the rewards from TTW Epic Edition are all missing.
For the rewards from The War Within Epic edition my account did receive:
Squally, the Storm Hatchling pet (and the other 3 different color pets from the quest Squally gives) (TTW Epic Edition only)
Sandbox Storm Gryphon toy (TTW Epic Edition only)
Deepdweller’s Earthen Hearthstone effect Toy (TTW Epic Edition only)
My account DID NOT get:
Algarian Stormrider mount (TTW Heroic & Epic Edition only)
30 Days of Game Time (TTW Epic Edition only)
Enhanced Level 70 Character Boost* The boost was broken,
Did not give renown 20 to the four dragonflight reps: Valdrakken Accord, Maruuk Centaur, Iskaara Tuskarr, and Dragonscale Expedition & 12 Renown for Niffen
it didn’t give access to the Valdrakken Portal in org,
Did not give the 5000 Dragon Isles Supplies,
Did not give access to all the All Dragon Isles Travel Network Waygates available, flight paths unlocked, Dragonscale Expedition talents purchased, and NPC craftable Tuskarr fishing gear unlocked
Did not give access to Zaralek Caverns
Did not give access to Dragon Isles Adventure Mode
Did not give access to the start of the Guardians of the Dream campaign
The Boost DID give: A boost to 70, level 463 gear, four 30 slot bags, one 32 Reagent Bag, some food, potions, and 5k gold.
I got all the information about both TWW Epic Edition & 70 Enhanced Boost from Blizzard support articles.
The Algarian Stormrider mount & all bonuses from the 70 boost are whats really important to me, I’m not sure how to even start to get this fixed, I have submitted a ticket but no response so far. Has anyone else had issues with their 70 enhanced boost not receiving the Dragonflight renown boosts & Dragonflight flight paths/Travel Network Waygates getting unlocked? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
edit: @Vrakthris I saw you moved my post from the Customer Support forums to the Bug Report forums, is there any possible way you could help me please? I have no idea what to do and from a youtube video I found the mount & an achievement for getting TWW Epic Edition should’ve been granted to my account the first time I logged in after getting it, but it didn’t do that, yet I have all the other TTW EE rewards.
It looks like this subforum is where posts go to die, could you please just take a look at my account, you can see I have the toys from the Epic Edition but that my account doesn’t have the achievement or the Algarian Stormrider mount.
Not really, Purr. I moved the thread to the the Bug Report forum because if the boost isn’t working correctly the appropriate place to report that is in the Bug Report forum. That way our QA team can look into it. Customer Support cannot generally award the different elements that are granted from the boost.
You could put in a ticket under “Purchase Failure”, but I don’t know what they could do there. The best place for this would be the Bug Report forum, which now that I’ve posted in it, you’ll need to create a new thread there.
I understand, could you please just confirm that it is a bug, look at my account and see I have the TTW Epic Edition toys & pet, but not the mount. Had that happened in the past? I’ve only started playing on and off the past couple months but really started playing the past few weeks. Also thank you for responding I don’t mean to come off as a jerk I just don’t want to go back and forth with the ticketing system for weeks with this issue D:
Just for the sake of helping you understand; Vrak may be able to, he may not. That’d be why he moved the thread to the bug report forum to have QA to check on their end. I hope things work well out for you in the end.
If you received a code for the Heroic or Epic edition of the War Within, that should include the Algarian Stormrider mount and 30 days of game time as far as I am aware.
I’m not sure on if the boost is still “enhanced” at this point. We usually only have one “enhanced” version, which would be the level 80 right now. Those are generally for the end of the previous expansion and once we move into the next one, it’s just a boost (i.e. I don’t think you are supposed to receive unlocks and bonuses to Dragonflight content at this point).
Edit: It does look like you have the 30 days game time from the War Within. The 30 days from Midnight was added on 9/2 pushing your renewal date to 10/27, and the one from War Within on 10/10 pushing it to 11/26.
I also see the license for the mount, but I don’t see it in your collection. Have you checked if you have a wrapped package? Make sure you check the filters on your collection tab, it might not be showing store mounts, etc…

Thank you for looking into this you do not know how much it helps, that makes sense looking at the dates for the gametime so thank you I’m glad that applied as well.
As for the mount if you look at a youtube. com/watch?v=fE4XLuTQ0Zk You can see the account immoderately receives the achievement “Heroic Edition: Algarian Stormrider”.
My account does not have that achievement, only the achievements for the midnight heroic and epic edition mounts. I have disabled all addons and the mount is showing as not collected in the mount tab either. I was able to unwrap the pet and two toys but the mount never showed up D:
Weirdly enough I DO have the achievement for the pet called “Squally” from TTW Epic Edition, yet the mount achievement is missing along with the mount in Feats of Strength > Promotions.
As for the Enhanced 70 boost that is really unfortunate but I get it, I was(would like to be still) a massive reputation collector years ago and really really wanted that renown maxed out with Dragonflight since I missed the entire expansion. The only thing I can think of is the character services issue recently messed with the 70 boost and gave my account a basic boost instead of the dragonflight boost it was supposed too. Maybe CS can remove the boost on my druid and I can redo it using the correct 70 dragonflight boost? but if there is only one kind of enhanced boost (the 80 Midnight boost that I’ve also used to boost TTW renowns) then I am not likely to get all of the 70 enhanced boost benefits. At this point if CS could go in and just toggle the 4 renowns to 20 & Niffen to 12 I’d be so happy.
Apologies for the rambling, I haven’t slept yet and I am double checking everything to make sure I didn’t miss something easy. I don’t know what kind of access CS so I’m not sure if support is able to grant the feat of strength achievement to grant the mount or grant rep to my druid.
Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide be it videos/screenshots or anything else and thank you again for looking into it and responding.
edit: also reading over this https:/ /us.support.blizzard.com/en/article/000345591 could boosting a 61 (my druid was 61) instead of a character under level 60 caused these issues with not getting the various Dragonflight content?
