I used the boost from pre-ordering war within, and on that character, i cannot use the dalaran hearthstone. Just FYI, I created a second monk so i can farm raid transmog twice a week lol…but it says “you cannot do that right now”
you have to do the legion intro to use the toy, same way you need to do the garrison intro to use the garrison hearthstone.

How do i do that if im already 70?
You’ll want to go to a Hero Board in Orgrimmar and accept this quest:
Then, you should given an option that says “I’ve already heard this tale before…”, and you’ll load in at Dalaran and should be able to use the Hearthstone toy.

aslo you can take the portal to azsuna, fly to dalaran and complete the quest that gives the dalaran hearthstone
