If you’re anything like me, you have a few 68/69s in the stable waiting to finish that last stretch in the 69 BG bracket0 utilizing BG xp. The 69 bracket is fun in 3.3.5, if you havent tried it. Especially before heirloom gear is released and DKs are new.
Here are the specs i think will dominate the 69 bracket during the prepatch:
Sub Rogues
Disc Priests
Frost DKs
BM Hunters
Ret Paladins
Prot Warriors

You’re missing the actual best spec in that bracket (And every bracket like 39 until 80)
Prot Warrior is a broken beast pre-80. Slap a dispeller/freedom bot on that bad boy and it’ll ruin everyone’s time except other Prot Warrs

Definitely will be stopping in the 69 brackets on all of my alts, turn off XP, and cap honor to buy the S4 PvP set and then level on to the 79 bracket.
79 bracket should be fun too (8-piece blue crafted PvP set at level 78 making easy entry for everyone). Good place to farm Battlemaster without worrying about the arena gear grind at 80.

I only have my 69 twink warlock so I’ll be playing that. It might not be good but that’s fine.
Hunters are the current dominant class so it will probably remain that way. Humans getting 2 minute racial to break cc while everyone else is stuck with a 5 minute trinket under 70 is going to suck.
I just hope we get XP in BGs for objectives like we did half way through wrath. I have a few characters I’d rather level in BGs then in the world.
I just can’t get closure on if the XP in BGs comes out with pre patch. If anybody knows, you’d be my hero!
From what i understand, it comes out in the prepatch. Blizzards post a few weeks ago (not sure how to link it here) confirmed it will be in wotlk, and since the prepatch is wotlk only with an artificial 70 level cap and Northrend closed off, i dont see why it wouldn’t be live with the prepatch.
Locks will be good. Affliction critting DoTs are going to be eating people alive in the 69 bracket, and ill suspect you’ll be one-shotting fools as destro.
