Any move towards both factions trying their best to win the match instead of farm reputation or honor for gear is a huge step in the right direction.

Imagine being so bad at PvP that your team has the single biggest tactical advantage in the form of a bottleneck bridge, and still walking to your deaths like lemmings for an hour before complaining about it.
You call it a tactical advantage, most people look at it as “you get the first 90% of the map for free, then you have to work for that last 10%.” Its the cost of those superior pvp racials.
Well I think this finally settles the argument on which faction is mature and which consists of kids.
You cry about WPvP and blame Blizzard for not releasing BGs with the honor system. Now you have received what you ask for, you have an even playing field, and you’re crying that you can’t win?

You quit queing for AV because RIDE SOUTH TO WIN stopped working 6 months ago and not one of you has enough capacity for critical thought to adapt.
Ya’ll were totally cool with AV being exactly as it is now when you were just RIDE SOUTH TO WIN over and over and it worked.
As soon as you started losing consistently, the tears started flowing.
Not queuing anymore because it’s not worth it wasn’t, “punishing” Horde. It was just not wanting to lose and there’s no real reason to actually queue for it. It’s not about adapting, it’s that it’s difficult to get 39 people to change their playstyle - and there’s just no reason, again, to do it. We get way more honour in other BGs with the same queue.
The only people queuing are AFKing and farming rep. That’s why your queues are so long.

This discussion has been done to death. People who have tried different strategies find the Alliance is still disadvantaged to the point they realize it’s not worth it to try.
You just want faster queues for free honour.
Anything other than “ride south to win” is suboptimal honor per hour. Why bother queueing if you’re hurting your ability to cap quickly by doing so?

I have yet to see Alliance players try anything other than desperately try to ride south in various directions (across strife, behind SF), get picked off and then go stand on top of the mine for the rest of the game. And I got my Paladin to exalted awhile ago.

Nah, it’s horde’s superior strategy of actually PvPing that allows Horde to take SHGY nearly uncontested as 40 desperate PvE nerds try to find any way they can to ride south like just seeing Drek’thar is going to get them a win.
You guys don’t fight back. At all. Ever. You just desperately try to RIDE SOUTH TO WIN, get picked off and sent packing, then s pend the rest of the game crying about how Horde has some mythical advantage in AV that prevents you from dismounting to engage in PvP.
Why are you expecting to win a BG when you can’t win a single fight.

I have zero need to do AV on any character I have.
Trying to be a spiteful, petulant child because you refuse to adapt and repeatedly get sent packing because “muh honor per hour” or whatever other excuse you want to try to convince yourself is the real reason you haven’t won an AV since December isn’t fooling anyone.
You zerged south to win early on in Classic. Horde Adapted and now you can’t do that anymore. The onus is on you to adapt. You refused to do so, instead opting to - as a faction - collectively go pout on top of your Mine and beg daddy Blizzard to nerf horde until they can’t win AV anymore.
